How long does it take to set up my agent?+
About four weeks from the start. In that time we train the agent on your catalog, your prices and your real answers, test it with cases from your own business and connect it to your number. You sign off once halfway through and again before it goes live. We don't commit to an exact date until we confirm the scope in the consultation.
What happens during the 30-day trial?+
It applies to the monthly plan: the agent starts answering for real, with your data and on your number, from day one. If it doesn't win you over within that first month, let us know and we refund your payment. If you decide to continue after day 30, you complete the year at the list monthly price, which doesn't change.
Do I have to sign up for a year?+
Yes, and here's the honest reason: an agent needs to go through a full year of demand cycles to spot leaks and adjust to your business. In three months you see nothing; in twelve you see the whole business. You can take it annual, or monthly with an 11-month minimum and the 30-day trial up front.
How much do the Crece and Domina levels cost?+
We publish the price of Responde, the entry level. Crece is for businesses with real volume that want to convert better, and Domina is for high volume, several locations or bilingual service: both are quoted in the free consultation, because the number depends on how many lines you combine and your monthly volume. On that call we give you a firm price, no runaround.
How does the WhatsApp chat work?+
It runs on a verified WhatsApp Business number that belongs to you. The agent reads the message, replies with your business's real information and, if it doesn't have the answer, says so instead of making it up. It saves the customer's details and hands the conversation to you when it's better for a person to step in. It doesn't take payments or issue invoices: automations handle that.
How does the voice agent work?+
It takes calls on a verified phone number and answers with a natural voice and your business's tone. It transfers to your team when the call needs it and gives you a transcript of everything. Do you issue electronic invoices?+
Yes. We issue electronic invoices valid in Ecuador. You give us your RUC or your ID number (cédula) when you sign up and the invoice arrives by email. All the prices we publish exclude VAT; the 15% is added on the invoice. If your company needs a purchase order or extra details on the invoice, we sort it out before issuing it.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer (Pichincha, Produbanco, Guayaquil), credit or debit card, PayPal and cash. On the annual plan, payment is split into three installments: a deposit, a second payment at the first sign-off and the rest on delivery. On the monthly plan, setup is paid half at the start and half on delivery, and the monthly fee runs from there.
Do you work with businesses outside Quito?+
Yes. We're based in Quito and work with small businesses all over Ecuador 100% online, over WhatsApp or video call: the consultation, the sign-offs and support all happen that way. We also have clients in the rest of Latin America and one in the United States. Being outside Quito doesn't change the price or the setup time.
How much does an AI WhatsApp agent cost in Ecuador?+
At Lynoia, the Responde WhatsApp chatbot plan costs $69 a month plus a one-time $250 setup. It covers up to 400 conversations a month, answers late at night and on holidays, and hands off to a person when needed. Prices in USD, plus VAT. If you need more volume or several locations, it's quoted in the free consultation.
How much does a website cost in Quito?+
At Lynoia a standalone website starts at $490 with the Esencial plan: up to three pages with your services, contact, WhatsApp and map. The Profesional plan costs $890 and goes up to five pages, with a blog, company email addresses and Google listing. Both include domain, hosting and certificate for the first year.
