Terms and conditions

These terms govern the relationship between Lynoia, the trade name of Rhea Banda Alvaro (RUC 1716661069001, Quito, Ecuador; “Lynoia”), and you, the client who hires our AI agent, automation or web design services (“the Client”).

The prices on this site are in US dollars and do not include the VAT in force in Ecuador (currently 15%).

They are the current prices and may change; if they do, we'll tell you beforehand.

On the annual plan, you pay 30% at signing, 20% at the first approval and 50% on delivery. On the monthly plan and the web design plans, you pay 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.

We accept bank transfer and credit or debit card through PayPhone.

The delivery time of each plan starts to run when we receive your initial payment and your content (texts, images, logos).

Timeframes are counted in business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Ecuador's national holidays.

We make as many revisions as needed until you approve the project. Adjustments during design and construction cost nothing extra.

You deliver the content to us on time. If it is late, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

A one-off change after delivery is quoted according to the change: we tell you the price before we do it.

A one-off change is a text or image adjustment, a minor design touch-up or adding a little content. Each request counts as a separate change.

If you want to redesign, change the structure or add new features, we first send you a quote with no commitment.

Free support after delivery lasts 15 days on the Esencial plan and 30 days on the Profesional plan.

The domain is registered in your name and is yours at all times.

Once you finish paying for the project, the site and all its files are yours, and we give you full access to the panel and the files.

We may show the finished project in our portfolio and in our marketing material, unless you ask us in writing not to.

The third-party tools we use (WordPress, plugins, AI platforms and others) are governed by their own licenses and terms.

The first year of hosting, domain, SSL certificate, maintenance and support is included in the plan price.

From the second year you pay an annual renewal that covers all of that:

We notify you 30 days before the renewal is due.

If you don't renew within 15 days after it is due, we may suspend the hosting and the domain. Before suspending, we make a backup of your site.

An AI agent (chatbot or voice agent) has a one-time setup payment and a monthly fee while the service is active.

The voice minutes in your plan do not roll over: the ones you don't use in the month are lost when it ends.

The extra voice minute is charged according to your plan and is stated in your proposal.

On the monthly plan, you get a 30-day trial: if the first month doesn't convince you, we refund the payment; if you continue, you complete the year. The annual plan is for the full year and is not refundable.

After delivery, you get free support: 15 days on the Esencial plan and 30 days on the Profesional plan.

After that period, technical support is covered by the annual renewal.

We do not guarantee a specific position on Google: ranking depends on many things we don't control.

We do guarantee that your site works well in the last two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

We are not liable for data loss caused by the hosting provider, an attack by third parties or anything done from your administration panel.

We back up your site periodically, but we recommend you keep your own copies of anything important.

If we fail to comply, the most we are liable for is the total you paid for the contracted service.

• If you cancel before we start designing, we refund the full initial payment.
• If you cancel once design is under way, the initial payment is not refunded, because it already covers work done.
• AI agents and automations on the monthly plan: you have a 30-day trial. If the first month doesn't convince you, we refund the payment; if you continue, you complete the year.
• AI agents and automations on the annual plan: it is for the full year, with no refund.

We may change these terms. If we do, we notify you by email 30 days in advance.

The price of the annual renewal may be adjusted: we notify you 60 days before your renewal date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador.

Any disagreement about them is resolved before the competent courts of Quito.
